PUMC has found that frank
patient feedback is vital to the success of your practice. However, this feedback needs to
be obtained by trained professionals who are not only skilled at capturing, and computing
the vital data, but skilled at the art of creating new interest in your services.
PUMC will conduct
surveys of your unclosed consultations as well as your patients who have had other
services. Through the process of survey, PUMC will generate goodwill,
increase your patients' knowledge of your TOTAL aesthetic surgery
capabilities, and possibly even help close a
case or two in the process.
Analysis of the results of the satisfaction surveys will be
based on comparisons with PUMC's
national database.
A report will be developed detailing the results of the survey
along with specific recommendations for improvements. Any complaint or problems mentioned
by surveyed patients will be immediately brought to your attention or that of your
administrator.
