will be gathered through the use of a special data collection instrument covering
all critical marketing issue of your practice. Your consultant will conduct a conference on line or via
phone to create your milestones to reaching goal. Some of the items we

Two additional monthly, one-hour follow-ups virtual consultations will be conducted by
appointment for the completion of the 90 days with you to answer any
questions and confirm that you are implementing our new ideas in order
to create an increase in revenue.
Step 4

Using the compiled recommendations that you will be required to follow you
can expect to see significant benefits. If more
time is needed past the 90 day point you can elect to engage your consultant
to provide you with
additional time at a fee-for-service basis determined by the projects needs.

Fee $9,500 to $15,000 for a solo practice with one location. Fee depends on the
quality and method of data provided to PUMC. An on-site visit and on-site staff
training can be provided for an additional fee if required.
