If all the necessary factors are in place to effective launch an electronic media campaign, PUMC will research your electronic media market opportunities looking at competition, local station options (TV and Radio), prices and best times to gain maximum audience. We will research both cable and broadcast TV.
The PUMC team will develop an electronic media plan with a recommended budget for the advertisements. The Media Plan will include the number of spots to be purchased, stations and times in which the spots should run to maintain the most effective exposure and reach within your community. PUMC will also determine any sponsorship opportunities with related on-air programs.
PUMC will then write and produce commercials, direct the actual production to include working with the doctor, the doctors staff and patients. We will coach them on
presentation skills for audio or video. If required, PUMC will engage voices or actors needed to also be included in the commercials. PUMC then edit and dub the production incorporating the appropriate music and present for final approval.
The developed ads can also be used for video or audio brochures as well
as placed on the Internet. These electronic presentations can then be offered as incentives in
print ads as well as Yellow Pages ads.
After the ads are ready for airing, PUMC provides the staff training in how to handle the inquiries resulting from high volume electronic media advertising.
